The project involves the establishment of a framework to assess and measure the impact on sustainability (environment, social and economic sustainability) of elements of the supply chain. This is set in the context of the Logistics Cities Program, one of the research programs in the Institute. Applicants should have a master's degree or first class honour's degree in the areas of mathematics, logistics, supply chain management, operations research, computer science, management science, or systems engineering, or s/he can demonstrate equivalent research experience in a relevant discipline (e.g. environmental sustainability, urban sustainability). The successful candidates should have excellent communication skills, and a good command of English language. The successful applicant will pay no tuition fees and will receive $10, 000 per year for living allowance for three years. PhD Scholarships at Victoria University, Australia
