This event will give the chance to students all over the world to contribute to open source projects. Winners will get a 3500 euros stipend. OpenWengo launches its first Code Camp

OpenWengo 编程夏令营是一个旨在推动软件代码公开的编程比赛。

参加对象：全世界范围对编程感兴趣的学生，尤其鼓励中国学生参与。

大体形式：由OpenWengo给出一些projects,学生自己选择申请，
如果被OpenWengo接受的话，那么就给两个月的时间，对所选project进行编码，
期间会有专家指导，最后将成果汇总，进行评比，最后获胜者给予3500欧元的奖励。
