Familiar with EDFA design theory, architecture, components and manufacturing p rocess. Familiar with control system theory, design and tuning. Familiar with analog/digital mixed design and DVT, high speed design and test. Experience with telecom technologies a plus. Familiar with HW circuit pack, such as Orcad,Cadence Allegro, FPGA/CPLD design tools is strong plus ,such as QuatusII, ModelSim etc. Knowledge of concepts of Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, DFT, DFM and EMC, and experience with regulatory aspects (EMC, EMI, ESD,surge...) is a strong pl us.
