The TMLP is a two-year program designed to accelerate the development of talented candida tes and produce leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the busines s operational functions. TMLP is a challenging two-year rotational program designed to develop talent through an intensive professional journey, at the end of which the candidat e will have acquired complete domain knowledge of the business. -Candidates will be mentored by experienced project leaders/managers during each rotation. -An evaluation will be held at the end of each rotation to measure achieveme nts -The program will be divided into three rotations split into different funct ions and locations, each of eight months, in addition to a structured traini ng program -Possible job rotations include: Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Ap plication Engineer, Field Service -Coursework includes Foundations of Leadership, finance courses and relative technical and commercial courses.
