Image and Visual Processing Researcher (G1101) Responsibilities: Research on new algorithm for image/video processing and analysis. Develop image/video processing and analysis algorithm by C, C++ programming language. Release fully developed and tested application into products. Deploy developed method to Ricoh products. Qualifications: PhD or Master Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field. Must have 2+ years professional experience in high-tech technology research/development with an emphasis in image/video processing or computer vision or pattern recognition; Proficiency in Windows, UNIX, LINUX, C, C++, and software development methods. Strength in statistics or mathematics is preferred. Experience in the field of (a) gesture recognition (b) image retrieval (c) digital document analysis is preferred. Excellent oral and written English communication skills required, TOEIC Certificate holders highly preferred. 2. Multimedia Application Researcher (G1102) Responsibilities: Responsible for research on new algorithms/new technologies in Multimedia domain, mainly in field of speaker diarization/identification, speech recognition, speech understanding and multimedia content retrieval, etc. Design and implement new algorithms or new technologies with high quality. Qualifications: Master degree or above in Computer Science or related fields. (PhD is preferred). 2+ years of speech related research/development experience in high-tech corporation/academy is preferred. Proficiency in Java/C++ programming (strong project experience is preferred). Excellent team work spirit as well as the ability to work independently. Excellent oral and written English communication skills required, TOEIC Certificate holders highly preferred. 3. System Control Researcher (G1103) Responsibilities: Investigate and design control systems and algorithms for imaging or printing systems. Implement and evaluate designed controllers with MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++. Deploy developed controllers to Ricoh\'s products. Qualifications: PhD or Master degree in Control Theory and Engineering or closely related fields (PhD preferred). Experience in practical controller design and in-depth understanding of advanced control theory. Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++ programming. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, TOEIC Certificate holders highly preferred. 4. Embedded System Researcher (G1104) Responsibilities: Research and development on a platform of firmwares (built-in embedded firmwre or a compiler development). Conduct R&D of Firmware or Middleware of Embedded System used for wireless SoC (System on Chip). Qualifications: Ph.D. or Master degree in computer science or electronics. Experience in Embedded Technology, Embedded System especially for Firmware development and Embedding process. Experience in Compiler development of processor. Knowledge of C,C++, Real time OS, System Electronics, Velirog/HDLH/W language, Image Signal Processing, Audio Signal Processing, Network Communication, Signal processing development and System H/W implementation. 2011 校园招聘

1. Image and Visual Processing Researcher (G1101)

Responsibilities:
Research on new algorithm for image/video processing and analysis.
