Roles & Responsibilities Research and development on large-scale web semantic mining and knowledge discovery Working on the NeedleSeek (http://needleseek.msra.cn) project Required Qualifications: Passionate about research and innovation Good coding skills in C/C++ Interested in conducting research or doing development on large-scale web semantic mining and knowledge discovery Background or experiences in natural language processing, information retrieval, data mining, machine learning, or databases (preferred but not required) Being able to work at least 6 months with Supervisor\'s permission (long-term students are preferred) Good communication skills, easy to get along with Qualified applicants please fill the attached application and send it together with a full resume in both English and Chinese to: msraih@microsoft.com , and please note you are applying for WDM Intern in the email. Group Overview
