After reviewing resumes, we will select applicants for a phone intervie w 2. We will contact applicants with information provided in your online app lication. This phone interview will focus primarily on English communication a nd will take around 15 minutes. Applicants who pass the phone interview stage will be granted a first round interview 3. First round interviews will be arranged the day after our presentation at each campus. Please refer to the job website of your university for more i nformation about the time and place of campus presentations. We will notify ap plicants of first round interviews after the campus presentation is completed, so please keep your mobile phone switched on that day. The first round inter view will consist of one session taking 30 minutes 4. Second round interviews will be conducted a few hours after the first r ound interview. We will notify candidates of a second round interview by tele phone, and by university BBS postings. Second round interview notices will be sent out around 15:30 that day. Please keep your mobile phone on after your fi rst-round interview, and be prepared for the possibility of a second round int erview accordingly. The second round interview will consist of two 30-minute i nterviews, for a total time of 60 minutes. 5. Offers will be sent out before December 2005. POSITION1: Analyst* Description – Analysts are responsible for discrete pieces of analysis that c ontribute towards solving client’s business problems. Analysts break down a p roblem into hypotheses to be tested; structure the testing approach; identify, model, analyze and interpret data; and while working abroad, assist in develo ping client recommendations and work collaboratively with client team members to implement change. Details – The main areas of project responsibility are analysis, presentation , and client communication. There are a number of analyses that are typically performed and they include industry research, data collection, quality control and preparation, a variety of profiling and trending analyses, and helping to build statistical/econometric or financial models. Analysts help in preparati on of presentations and other forms of written communication. In addition, the y are often involved in client communication at different levels. Outside of p roject work, Analysts participate in a variety of firm development initiatives . Requirements • Master's degree or higher from top university in quantitative disc ipline* • English fluency, written and oral • Ability and desire to learn quickly • Drive, entrepreneurial spirit *Note: Exceptional Bachelor degree students are encouraged to apply for Junior Analyst. POSITION2: Associate Description – Associates are fully-versed in most types of analyses and fluen t in all kinds of communication, both client-facing and internal. Associates t ake ownership of entire streams of analysis, perform sophisticated data analys es, and guide Analysts on execution of discrete tasks. Details – Associates carry out a number of sophisticated analyses such as pro filing and trending, building statistical/econometric and financial models. Th ey perform and manage a variety of data collection, quality control, and data preparation steps. They are responsible for the preparation of large portions of presentations and other forms of written communication. They are also respo nsible for day-to-day client communication at various organizational levels. Outside of project work, they take charge of a number of firm development area s.
