The intern will be working on statistical parametric speech synthesis. More specific topics include prosody modeling and adaptation. Master/Ph.D student with major in EE/CS Have background on speech related area (ASR/TTS) Be familiar with machine learning and statistical modeling algorithm Strong problem solving skill Good coding skill on C, C++ Good communication skill and team work spirit Job Title: Ux Software Development Engineer Intern Group: PQO Engineering No. of Hires: 1 Location: Shanghai Our group mission is to build up a new generation Knowledge Management System. We are looking for a passionate Ux Dev to join our team. Roles & Responsibilities: Help design intuitive UX, including interaction design, human interface design, scenario development and visual direction Creatively work and willing to take risks or challenges. Develop a keen understanding of users’ needs, engage in requirement collection and design methodologies, and create new insights that shape product and information content to best match/exceed user needs. Work in multiple phases, from delivering high-level user needs/strategy, to creating clear design goals, mocking up design solutions and providing final UI assets. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members/leads to evaluate and extend project proposals and early concept development. We are looking for a passionate Web Dev to join our team. Roles & Responsibilities: Understand given design and feature implementation, using your mastery of technical tools to help make a product vision a reality. Make smart design decision for owned features Fast prototyping to demonstrate early concept development Creatively work and willing to take risks or challenges. Develop a keen understanding of users’ needs, engage in agile model and design methodologies, and create new insights that shape product and information content to best match/exceed user needs. Work in multiple phases, from delivering high-level user needs/strategy, to creating clear design goals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members/leads participating in strategic discussions and be open to share thoughts. Requirements and Skills BS in Computer Science or equivalent is required. Master degree majored in computer/software engineering or related technical disciplines are preferred.
